In ‘agile development’ for software one builds a minimum viable product, tests in the wild, learns, either iterates or pivots, and repeats. Agile Cinema™ does the same while fluidly moving between fiction (fantasy) and non-fiction (reality).

Appelbaum holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a Master of Architecture from Cornell University, and a Master of Fine Art from the University of Chicago.
